Mod Videos uses: Professional HD Sony Cameras with 20x optical zoom, Miller smooth action tripods, Sennheiser cordless radio microphones & shotgun microphones to capture all of the sights and sounds of your ceremony & wedding day. We are talking $10,000 worth of equipment used @ our ceremonies wether it be our Basic package or our Get it all package. Mod also has unlimited camera batteries, records onto DV Tapes & also a Hard Drive recording unit at the same time. What does your guest/family member use and is their gear reliable? Family members sometimes us a HD hard-drive video camera, hand held. Do they know how to use their camera properly? Auto focus means if the bushes are blowing behind you, the camera will focus on the bushes.... Do they use a tripod? Will they be able to capture the sound of your ceremony and the vows? Do they have enough batteries to make it through the whole day? Will they really work through the day capturing all of the intimate moments into the evening... or keep drinking and put the camera down. I write this because of all of the couples that we meet and are friends with that see our MOD Weddings and wish that they had either gotten their wedding filmed or not had a guest/family member do it....
